this side of 20

i had never known what age does to someone. at the ripe ol’ age of 19 and 364 days i am old, ready to move on. . . tomorrow i will turn twenty, no hoop-la, nothing. i have kissed only 6 people, jr high never counts. i am not happy about that. not too few, not too many, but people i once cared about are moving on with life. sob sob. i want to know what i’ve done. i’ve seen ‘it’s a wonderful life’ every christmas. is my life that touching to others, or was jimmy stewart blowing sunshine? i am not a depressing person. i’m not down in the mouth. . . so what i listen to music. i’m a rocker. . . three years and i’ll burn out, or fade away.
