she tells seven word stories

i have recently started working at a coffee shop, my friend works at a local restaurant near by. one night, after work, he shows up to give me a ride home, not out of the ordinary. . . but a girl followed him, and she wasn’t the best person. a day later i get a call from this girl. . how did she get my number? a guy i work with gave it to her, dork head. . . so i’ve known her for two days and now i get a birthday card from this psycho. . . oh well, i guess i deserve all the attention. . . she’s one of those people that never really adds to the conversation, she’ll just say stuff like “that is so elton” then follow up a few minutes later with “i’ve never really talked with elton. . . ” or after talking about a band, she’ll say, “yeah, i know exactly what you mean” but she never tells any good stories about the band, or about elton or about anything. maybe i’m to cynical.
