why am i here. i don’t think i’ll ever be a writer, my heart really isn’t there. i just want a small claim. i don’t think i’ll have the talent to be a rock star, i can’t even play. i want to open a venue for people to come play in a few years. but will it be like it was in high school, when the cool kids had a party and i had a party, everyone went to the cool kids party. all the bands, they’re gonna go to the cool kids venues, the one’s that the cool kids own. so i’ll go under, i’m all ready. hopefully i can stay on top with the coffee. just drug people up and they’ll show. but that’s my idea, kind of like a 21 and over club with a bar and everything, but it will be an all ages bar, and instead of alchy, we’ll have caffeine, different drugs, different effects. i’m not sure how we’ll do it, but i want it to be a coffee shop every day of the week, and then once or twice a month, a club. but what to charge, what to charge? because the kids came in to see a band, buy their music/stickers/patches/t-shirts, not give money to an entrepreneur. so, the cover charge will be a little bit more, say a buck or two, and all the drinks that night might be free. or, the show is free and the drinks cost. but i don’t know if that would work, giving away coffee. maybe two drinks free, or something like that. but i don’t really want it right in the heart of portland. somewhere in the burbs would do nicely. somewhere people would want to go to hang out even when a band isn’t playing. like me.
