my work is my getaway

it’s a starbucks and a barnes and noble, so i get coffee and books to help me when i sit on breaks. most be can’t bare the thought of spending more than the days they are scheduled to work at work. i have found myself there on my days off. i can sit and read and write and listen to music. that story i started, first i bought a notebook at b&n then i had to put something in it to make it not empty. so i started writing. it felt good. we’ll know that it works when i get to the next part and can’t figure out if i want to end it or stretch it out a few more pages. it’s already three pages, but after some mistakes it probably only equals one and a half. jake told me i should publish, that’s where that idea came from. i want to. where do i go. adam sent me a small writing ‘zine that i could go to. (maybe he sent that to me so i’d stop bothering him.) my style is sort of depressing, sometimes i have a lighter side, but it’s mostly downer stuff. i haven’t been able to figure it out, i’ll let you know if i do.

adam.
