blogging out of exhaustion

i have been working a lot. neglecting my semi-faithful readers. i feel tired. but i am satisfied with the way my life is right now. and that’s good. 20 years ago yesterday. i am looking forward to the long drive this coming friday. just me, my music, and the road. i need to make more tapes of my records. maybe then i’ll just keep driving to alaska. maybe not. i’m not taking a cd player with me, but i will take my cds. i don’t think i’m taking my records, but we’ll see where i end up sleeping. mmm, sleep.

a little word from david bazan. i feel drained. all over. not just tired and needing sleep. tired of being tired. sometimes i wish i had a dog or a girl. either would be good to cuddle with. but we’ll see what happens. i am happy. but tired. tired and happy. lot’s of confusion of my place at work. i know i’m moving up, but i don’t know where i’m going after i do. but i don’t mind, as soon as the holidays are over, things settle down, i’ll get untired and maybe still be happy. i think my choice in not going to school right now is affecting certain peoples view of me. i hope not. i don’t really know why i should go. sure, i’ve heard all the arguments why i should, get the basics out of the way, you might need it later. but right now where i am looking to go with my life, i don’t need it, and it’d just be an unwanted expense. i’m not down on learning, but right now just isn’t the right timing. we’ll see where i am 21 years after the death of lennon.
