i have some confessions. well maybe that needs to be singular. when i read something on another blog i want to write in regards to that. so this blog will be in response to Adam Voith’s blog that he posted on saturday.

the show i went to on friday was good. as i think i said the vocals for death cab could have had a bump up in the volume category. but other than that it was great. pedro had two members instead of three this time. no bass player. while questions of if he was shy were shouted from the audience, david assured us that he wasn’t. in fact he was nonexistent. to my surprise, i thought that was the best for david. we all know he does his albums by himself. why not tour by himself. it might be lonely, but then he won’t have to worry about so and so not pulling his weight. and it would be good. but it might detract from the integrity of the indie world. so my answer to david. david, get a double axe. one with a guitar and a bass. also, you might want to consider growing a couple more arms. once you reach eight you won’t need anyone else in the band. drum with the top two. piano with the next. the third can play bass. and on bottom we have the guitar playing arms. of course you’d have to change your name to pedro the octopus. but we fans can look beyond that.

oh. you might have to consider becoming hindu seeing as how their god has eight arms and what not.
